Itinerary

Transfer to International Airport for flight to Melbourne. Overnight on board.

Morning: Arrive in Melbourne. After completing immigration procedures, transfer to visit:

  • Parliament House: Designed and constructed between 1872 and 1876, this iconic building not only serves as a center of administration but is also known for its rich historical significance. It is considered one of the most beautiful heritage buildings in Australia and a prime example of 19th century architectural design.
  • Federation Square: The main public and community hub of Melbourne, located right in the heart of the city. It sits adjacent to Flinders Street Station, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and the Yarra River. Known for its bold and unconventional architectural style, Federation Square stands in striking contrast to the grand Victorian-era buildings that surround it.

Noon: Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, transfer to visit:

  • Flinders Street Station: Completed in 1909, this was Australia’s first railway station and serves as the hub for Melbourne’s entire suburban train network. A popular legend suggests that the architectural blueprints for Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (India) and Flinders Street Station (Australia) were accidentally swapped in a London office—at a time when both India and Australia were British colonies. As a result, the architectural design meant for Chhatrapati Shivaji is believed to have ended up in Melbourne, and vice versa, with Flinders Street Station’s original design now standing in Mumbai.
  • St. Patrick’s Cathedral: As the tallest church in Australia, St. Patrick’s Cathedral is a peaceful sanctuary featuring classic architecture and historic artistry. Completed in 1939 after over 70 years of construction, the cathedral is widely regarded as a magnificent example of Renaissance-style Gothic architecture.
  • Shrine of Remembrance: This iconic monument honors Victorian soldiers who sacrificed their lives during World War I. The complex includes 1,600 square meters of exhibition space, an education center, gardens, an auditorium, and various other facilities dedicated to remembrance and learning.
  • Chinatown Melbourne: In the 1860s, various Chinese associations began purchasing land along Little Bourke Street to build clubhouses, creating a gathering place for their community. From the 1870s to the early 20th century, Chinatown went through a period of growth. The area has been well preserved, with few buildings taller than three stories. Today, it is home to a vibrant mix of restaurants—ranging from upscale dining to casual street food—as well as Asian grocery stores, traditional Chinese medicine shops, and herbal pharmacies.
  • Yarra River: Flowing through the heart of Melbourne, the Yarra River is a symbolic landmark of the city and the site of many important local activities and events.
  • Fitzroy Gardens: With over 150 years of history, Fitzroy Gardens was recognized as a national heritage and cultural site in 1974. Highlights include Captain Cook’s Cottage—originally built in Yorkshire in 1775 and reassembled here in the 1930s—as well as beautiful flower displays, fountains, statues, and memorials.

Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at a hotel in Melbourne.

Morning: enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to Mt. Derrimut Golf & Country Club – a modern golf course located in Melbourne’s west, offering stunning views of the city skyline and spacious fairways.

Noon: Lunch at the club’s restaurant, enjoying Australia’s famous steak dish.

Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at a hotel in Melbourne.

Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then visit:

  • Royal Botanic Gardens – A vast botanical garden near central Melbourne, known for its lush landscapes.
  • National Gallery of Victoria – Australia’s largest and oldest art museum, showcasing both classical and contemporary works.
  • Eureka Skydeck – The highest observation deck in the Southern Hemisphere, offering panoramic views of Melbourne.

Noon: Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon: transfer to Hidden Valley Golf Club – a picturesque golf course nestled in the green valley north of Melbourne. It offers a premium golfing experience with stunning natural scenery and a challenging course layout.

Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at a hotel in Melbourne.

Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. After that, the group will transfer to Dandenong Ranges National Park to experience:

  • Puffing Billy Steam Train: The only remaining railway line out of four originally built in the early 1900s in Australia.
  • Along the journey, the train makes scenic stops at popular spots such as Emerald Lake Park, Little Toot Café, Gembrook town, and Menzies Creek Museum, offering visitors a nostalgic and picturesque experience.

Noon: Lunch at a local restaurant. Then transfer to:

  • Yarra Valley: Victoria’s first wine-growing region, home to over 80 wineries, renowned for sparkling, red, and cool-climate wines.
  • Taste local wines and produce.
  • Visit the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery.

Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at a hotel in Melbourne.
